Working in cooperation with our customers is very important to us. From the early design stages the customer will often submit ideas, sketches or even blanks, this ‘working together’ produces the right lampshade design to fit the light. These advisory meetings can take place at your premises or ours. But remember, we have more than 150 sample lampshades in our showroom that can help give you inspiration. The right lampshade is now produced in a common creative development process.
Everything is discussed: Does a round lampshade match the square shaped tube of the floor lamp? Should the lampshade be square shaped as well? What about the total height of the light? What size is allowed for the lampshade? Should the lampshade have a top and should this be the same colour as the lampshade? All of your technical and design questions will be answered.
The first step in finding the correct size and shape of the lampshade is to make a sample only using foil. If the first sample does not meet approval, another can be plotted and cut in a short space of time and at low cost. This way the lamp base and shade come together step by step.
Now fabric and decoration accessories are chosen. Finally the complemented prototype is built. The result: A lampshade that perfectly matches the light - A harmonious whole.
