Plotting

Parallel to the frame construction, the shade blank is plotted out using software specially written for our maschines. As a result, we are able to produce even highly unusual designs on our computer controlled machines. The foil is drawn onto the plotting table and held firmly in place by vacuum suction. Two minutes after entering the data for the desired lampshade, the fabric is cut to the necessary shape – fast, costeffectively and with a minimum of wastage. Our fully automated plotters are able to deal with any geometric shape. Whether it’s a one-off job or a series production, all data is stored for any product re-order.
