Manufacturing depth

Two technical skills determine the quality of a textile shade: frame construction and the lampshade finish. This is achived because our employees have a high standard of craftsmanship. All production stages are carried out on our premises, this ensures quality, efficiency and a unique depth of production. That is why we can create textile lampshades in all conceivable shapes, sizes and materials – as a ‘one-off’ or in series to suit your wishes.

Framework

Framework

We attach great importance to strength and durability. Therefore we make all the frames ourselves instead of buying them in from outside. [more]

Plotting

Laminating and cutting

Laminating and cutting

Your new lampshade is nearing completion. The task now is to laminate the fabric cut-out with the substrate foil. A steady hand cuts the parts to match and then glues the two materials together on one of our laminating machines. [more]

Rolling up

The lampshade is nearing its final shape: The fabric cutting and frame are now joined together. This is done completely by hand and is known in our technical terminology as rolling. [more]

Serial production

The combination of manual skill, experience, machines and software that have been specially developed for us means that our customers can rely on absolute series precision. [more]

Shipping and logistics
